Don't know if it has been covered here yet but got a really interesting mail today from a Belgium camera equipement store, they offered a upgrade to edius pro 5.5 for all not canopus software owners. This meant if you own a adobe or sony or whatever editing software product you can buy edius pro 5.5 for the upgrade price of about 190 euro. There is no additional software supplied like prodad or titelmontionpro but even then you get a great value in return considering it was previous (incl all extra software) over 700 euro.
