Edius Neo 2.5 h264 export problem
I have a mov video, 1920x1080 30p and want to export to h264 30p/29.97p but I find that this export format does not exist. I don't want to export to h264 60i.
Would you give me some advice? |

My project setting is Generic OHCI HD 60Hz 1920x1080 29.97p.
When I try to export the mov file 1920x1080 30p, there is not any export option about h.264/AVC. Would anybody assist? |

I'm not sure why is this happening in your particular case as I have not needed 1920x1080 30P exports yet, but in my experience there is some sort of mismatch between your source clips, project settings, and the exported video you need.
I just did a quick test (although on Edius 5.12, not NEO) and looks like if you change your project settings to 1920x1080 59.94i, you WILL HAVE the export option you need; then change the field order to none/progressive when exporting. See if you can do that in Neo... |

I have tried your method in Edius 5 too but failed.
If I change from AVC/H264 60i to 30p, it prompts there is no this option. I don't why I cannot choose as my source video is Canon mov file 1980x1080 30p. Hope someone can help. |
