Neoscene conversion-no picture at DVinfo.net

Hello I just downloaded and installed the trial version of Neoscene. I am using FCP 6.0.5 and QT 7.6. If I convert a file that was shot with the EX3 in 24p at HDV resolution(didn't realize this would be a problem) and choose CF422 all I get is a very small file with no picture. It is black if opened in Quicktime and green if opened on an FCP timetine. Audio is there but no picture. If I choose Pro Res I get a great picture with a watermark. How do you get a picture with the CF 422 codec?

This is a Cineform product not Grass Valley. You may get more luck in the Cineform section.
