MPEG4/H264 not supported?
It's one of the most popular formats nowadays due to the excellent compression quality. I have the workaround (transcoding with Carbon)... but why not edit natively?

No problems playing H264 mov in 5.01. What version of EDIUS are you using? Make sure you have latest QT installed on your computer.

Version 4.6 and the QT that came with it.

Works fine for me here too, I think you need to update that QT you have from 4.61.

I wish Edius would let you export using any codec you have installed on your system. To me, that would make Edius far more useful.

I just downloaded the trial version of Edius Neo 2 last night. It's nice to see the option to output h264 in an MP4 container. I would still rather output h264 directly using x264 to do the compression though.
