nhk 3-chip 300f/s HD camera
Has anyone got any more information on this camera?
"NHK has developed, in collaboration with manufacturers, an HD high speed camera of high picture quality that uses three 2.2M-pixel CMOS image devices. It performs image acquisition at a maximum speed of 300 frames per second and stores the sequences directly in a semiconductor memory in the camera head. The image is stored progressively without compression and thus achieves a high-quality slow motion playback. The compact, lightweight handheld camera head can be controlled remotely from a Camera Control Unit at a maximum distance of 2km away. It is operationally similar to normal broadcast cameras now in use."
