Thanks everyone.
I wouldnt be afraid of costume fee.Last time I was in Europe(no return ticket) I had mine old camera in regular bag(I looked like tourist)and no one asked me a think.Another think I would do is to get a sale receipt for the camera which has a date more than six months,that way they cant chrge you at all.(at least for Czech republic).
Sony Z1 looks really nice but I'm just starting out and $4000 it's too much for now.Is there any cheaper one for the weddings??
Still I dont know much about HDV footage editing.What are the requirements??
