Cam comparison tables

Hey Chris, sorry for the Mr. Hurd but I figured it would freak you out. :}

Would it be possible to have a table/graph of some sort that could be added to that would look something like this http://shopping.com/xSBS-camcorders-...-20799430~PG-1

Forgive the external link, but I think a lot of answers could be found by having a table that gives a quick comparison of cameras. I'm sure that we/you/us could put together something very consise.

Hi Steven,

You mean like this:

-- but with more cameras, right?

Yes, But I thought it might not hurt to just do all the HD cameras and then maybe one for the DV cameras. I know for a fact I've been pounding the net trying to compare everything and it's brother to the Z1u, which I plan to purchase next month.....................since CANON hates NAB. hehe.

So Yeah, that's a great comparison link, infact the JVC 100 is one of the ones that I was comparing with the Z1u, but not the Canon, I can't afford that thing.

But yeah, I'm certainly not smart enough to do the following but I'm wondering how hard it would be to have a drop list where you could compare cameras, kinda like they have at

http://automobiles.honda.com/tools/c...=&Mode=&Photo=

I was inspired to ask this because of the load of dough I'm about to drop.

As always thanks for the site, it's my number 1 resource.

Welcome back from NAB btw.

Steven

Thanks for the welcome back -- have not yet fully recovered. Won't be drinking again for quite awhile, that's for sure.

This is a great idea, and we're looking into a number of site improvements over the coming months so... stay tuned. Thanks again,
