Over at the new thread Jack Felis saw a small HD camera. It had 1080 as well as 720p, so it might be based on an ambarella chip rather than be the Samsung.
http://www.dvinfo.net/conf/showpost....49&postcount=4 I've asked if anybody can report more information. Thanks Wayne. |

Jack just posted over there, it looks like it was just a POV HD system, not a camcorder. I would not expect to see much of pocket HD cams at NAB yet anyway.
Time is getting closer to the Samsung, did a google, 133 pages in last three months with "apr" (April) in them, if anybody is interested: http://www.google.com/search?num=100...m3&btnG=Search Epinions has a place holder shopping page for them: http://www.epinions.com/Samsung_SC_HDX15_Camcorder |

Which site was that, I would like to keep an eye on? Cameras were supposed to be released in August, so this is possible.

Thanks, I've bookmarked it to wait for the link. It said summer so that pretty much covers it till the August launch date originally announced.
