Storage options for HD projects
I just finished a 15 minute VodCast shot entirely in Green Screen with the JVC HD100. I'm ready to clear my hard disks and store the project files away but the set is about 200GB. What do people use to safely store files sets of this size?

if you got only few projects like that and will not keep them forever, your best guess is to putchase a cheap harddisk of the right size.
LTO tape con do the job (200 gig tapes) but they cost the hell and you need to purchase a drive that cost probably more than you editing station. |

Right now, TigerDirect has 160GB Seagate 7200rpm drives for $29 after rebates....
