External Blu-Ray burner reccomendations?

I am back everyone, got a few HD weddings under my belt and my next step is to burn my first Blu-ray. Standard DVD's just not doing the HD any justice, tonight I connected laptop to HD tv via HDMI and was blown away by the difference in quality. Would like to get an external Blu-ray burner, USB 2.0 and/or firewire as this computer has a firewire port, any solid recommendations?

Thanks as always...

Re: External Blu-Ray burner reccomendations?

I would get USB and not FireWire as Apple is phasing FireWire out, and I've heard that the Thunderbolt adapter is not universally compatible with every FW device.

I have the LG BP40 burner and it's worked perfectly on my MacBook. It's not quite as fast at burning as my desktop Blu-ray drive, but I have been very happy with it.
