Mixing frame rate

I am using Ex1 and xl h1 as main cameras. I recently have a t4i for fly cam. The problem is my T4i can only record 1080/30p but my other camcorders is mainly used for 1080/60i. How can I sync those frame rate together? Should I use 720p instead of 1080? There will be another problem. My xlh1 can't record 720p.
Any advise?
Note that I am not familiar with 30p as it blurriness scares me
Much appreciated

Re: Mixing frame rate

Set your XLH1 to 30F and your EX1 to 1080/30p.

If you're scared about blur, always set your shutter on ALL cameras to 1/60. Leaving the shutter off would result in extreme blur. The key to shooting 30p is to have 1/60th shutter speed.
