Wide angle GH2 lens low light
Wide angle GH2 lens low light
I've bought a gh1 for a b-cam to set at the back of the church to record documentary footage. Can someone recommend a good low light wide zoom lens? From my research the nikor version (aperture control) of the Tokina 11-16mm 2.8 looks like it might be a good option. Aside from the lens I need to investigate the gh1 hack and what that offers. From what I've read, the newer gh1's have improved noise abilities. The hack should be released in the next couple of days for the new gh1's and increases the quality close to the gh2? Any input on the hacks would be helpful. |

Re: Wide angle GH2 lens low light
You're on the money re: the fast wide zoom... the Tokina (Nikon flavor) is currently the top dog.
There's a GH cam forum down in the Panasonic section where you may be able to find out more re: GH1 hacks. |
