NLE's seeing JVC GR-PD1 Hi Res 25p as 50p at DVinfo.net

Hi,

Anyone know if any NLE software like Vegas 6 etc has resolved the issue with the editing software not seeing the JVC's GR-PD1's Hi Res 25p footage ??

Haven't tried 25p. However, I was quite surprised to see that Vegas 5 supports the ProHD 24P mode... I didn't think any editor yet supported it, and I would have guessed that even if a version of Vegas supported it, I would have guessed I'd need at least Vegas 6. But you can capture an HDV 24P file (through Pixela HD Capture, or through DV Rack) and drop it straight on the timeline even in Vegas 5!

So I would guess that Vegas can also work with the 25p files, but I didn't try it.
