date and time stamp on current cameras
Which of the newer cameras that record on a memory card has the feature of date and time stamp while in the record mode?
Or maybe I could ask, of those who provide legal recording services, what camera do you use with this option? Prefer not to use minidv tape. Bob |

By this I assume you mean more or less permanently burned into the original picture, not just stored as metadata where you can display during playback but also turn it off if you wish.
The Sony HXR-NX5 is one that does this. So are the Z5 and Z7, which are tape cams but can run with card recorders. It seems as if the EX1 and EX3 do not. Don't know about other brands.
