Xacti CA8 and CA102YL at DVinfo.net

I have been using a Xacti CA8 for underwater shots in a local river. Although the camera is easy to use and has a lot of interesting features, including assignable buttons I am unimpressed with the video quality.

Does the Xacti CA102YL give a significant improvement in video Quality?
