Focus people unresponsive
I've left one message and one email for these characters at Focus, but received no response. I guess they're just too busy to sell me a unit for my XLH1.
Is his worth pursuuing? Best H. |

It's the critical pre-NAB crunch time. It's a small company and no doubt their available human resources are most likely prioritized to support their existing customer base. And that's as it should be, especially for this time of year. As far as selling anything, they have dealers who can do that. Several authorized Focus dealers are also DV Info Net sponsors, including VideoGuys. Any of them are fully qualified to answer your pre-sales questions, and to take your order if you're ready to buy.
Meanwhile, we're well within the 30-day lead into NAB, so unless it's a customer service issue, I would fully expect them to defer pre-sales questions to their fully capable dealer network. Hope this helps, |
