Retro Disk issues
I was at a conference yesterday. I set the Retro Disk cache for five minutes and hit record, as I have done before. This time, however, my MR-HD100 began recording +/-60-second files and saving them.
I did a re-format, re-set the disk cache to three minutes, same result. So, instead of just making sure I got the speaker's first words I ended up with a string of (generally, they varied by a few seconds) 60-second files. The last time I used this function, maybe two weeks ago, it worked as it's supposed to, caching until I hit record again. Any thoughts? Thanks. |

Re: Retro Disk issues
I heard back from Focus. Quickly, great customer service, but the answer was to send it back _again_.
This will be the third time. |
