Convert FS-4 HD to SD Card
Has anyone tried to remove the hard drive from their FS-4 and replace it with an SD card?
My thought is to get an IDE to USB adapter then plug in a USB card reader and throw in a 32 gig SD card. Maybe have to copy the files from the HD to the card first...... You would have alot less weight to carry around, alot less heat from not having the hard drive and the SD would not be as fragile as the spinning HD, Anyone know why this wouldn't work? Yeah yeah I know some will say "buy the FS 5" but I like to tinker with stuff |

What about a 2.5 Solid State IDE drive? I am considering the same thing...
