Unknown Volume Partition now? Help!!
Ive had this for 3 days NIB and cannot get it to record but a few minutes and when it does record the the record time on the fs4 sputters and jumps then when it stops automaticly is shows a message Unknown Volume Partition now? choices are Yes or Menu..
I am getting very frustated with this thing NIB wont record and wants to partition itself..I did do the update same problem. I really need help???? PLEASE~! |

Looks like something is wrong with the Hard drive?

Dont buy from ebay NIB ebay are not covered under warranty
Hello Steven,
Your product registration states that you purchased your FS-4 HD from ebay- units purchased from ebay are not covered under warranty. I would suggest contacting the person that sold it to you because the unit was defective out of the box. There is a $245.00 flat repair fee for the FS-4 HD payable by check or by credit card if they will not take the unit back. Let me know how you would like to proceed. |
