My first flight with phantom vision
This is my first attempt to fly the phantom vision. I have never flown a RC unit before and I have a lot to learn.

Nice work Jay. A tiny bit of jello in there, but a great first effort. Did you slow down from 60p to 30p?

Re: My first flight with phantom vision
Pretty good starting point Jay! You will probably want to get a brushless gimbal once you get into it, to enable you to get good stable footage on the days when wind can become a problem and to smooth out the usual control movements.
I started flying my phantom V1 in January, also my first RC. I've got a gimbal on the way to me along with some fpv kit to line up shots better. I'm using a GoPro 3 silver+. Happy flying, Roger |

Re: My first flight with phantom vision
Very cool. That looks like a great first flight. I am looking forward to making mine soon.
I am hoping to start with the gimbel and a black Go-Pro3. I do nature/wildlife video and I have never been happy with my ability to really show what the surrounding landscape is like. I think this will open up a whole new world.
