Quicktime Media Streaming vs Flash Video ..

Hi guys,

Seems my host (Dreamhost.com) has upgraded its media servers to do QT7 using the Darwin server. Previously I was going to have 5-10mb FLV files to display my videos, with a link to save the h264 (30mb) versions, but now I'm thinking of just going with QT files instead. Anyone done a direct comparison between the two techs to see which gives the better overall quality per mb? Its mainly gig videos that I do from a PD150.

Cheers, Jay
