That's a flash video interface. You can create your own looks for the interface with Flash Video Files.

It is possible to create custom skins for the Windows Media player embedded on a Web page. See Creating Custom Skins for the New Windows Media Player 7.

I believe you can also create custom skins for the Quicktime player using QuickTime Pro, although I've never tried. Look at the help files.

I use a program on the Mac called Tattoo to do the interfaces on the QT movies on our web site.
