Online Samples Player Specs
Hi All
It would be interesting to know what you have found to be the most user effective on-line video player to show off your samples. I'm still using the MediaCollege Classic FLV player mainly because I can list the clips that people want to watch and they can just "click 'n play" However the video window is a little small (480x270) and with clips encoded to FLV at 512kbs an 11min or so clip tends to have to buffer a couple of times during viewing. My questions to you are : (1) Which Player do you think gives the best performance and looks professional (2) What size do you think is the optimal for client's to view (3) What is a good compromise for video quality vs smoothest playback (encoded bitrate) Many thanks Chris |

Hi All
Sorry!!! this topic was posted in the Wedding section as it's supposed to be about hosting wedding samples online exclusively but it was moved here so I very much doubt that anyone from the wedding forum will even see it???? As this is a very general section of flash/web rather than wedding online players maybe the moderators could just delete it???? Thanks Chris |

Check out LongTailVideo.com for their player JW FLV player.
I bought Vimeo Pro and use them. |
