From Quicktime to Flash
Does anybody knows a "free" way to make a Flash file from a H.264. I am on a Macbook pro.

Well, ever since flash 9 you can play a h.264 video in a mp4 wrapper (YouTube does this for its HD videos). But if you want to encode your video to an flv then you can use Download ffmpegX for Mac - DivX/MPEG-1/MPEG-2 encoder and more. MacUpdate Mac Video Software Downloads if your on a mac.
