I posted my website and need a tad of assistance with the video's on it

I made it in iWeb, I just wanted a quick and sorta easy way to put something up on the net. The videos I made in FCS2, exported to compressor. I loaded them into iWeb and resized them accordingly.

My problem is, and anyone who sees this will notice. There are lines coming across the video each time there is movement, its quite annoying and making my work worse than it already is.

if anyone has any opinions on the matter I would appreciate it.
