Best Export option

I am using Imovie and need to export clips to 90 mbs.
Is there a way to see the size of the resulting file before exporting?

thanks

There are several video size calculators online or for download. I used to have a good one but I must have deleted it. Sorry.

Here's a video data rate calculator off of AJA.com - the link is under utilities.

Enjoy, I use it often.
