Can you export a sequence from Final Cut Pro to Final Cut Express? at DVinfo.net

I have a friend with Final Cut Pro who logged a tape for me with Final Cut Pro. She gave me the tape and then emailed to me the sequence and I tried to open it with Final Cut Express figuring I could capture the footage based on the logged clips. I got a "General Error 41". I am guessing that that could mean that I cannot open a FCP sequence in FCE. Is there a way to export log information from a FCP to a FCE project?

You can usually go from FCE to FCP (as long as the versions are relatively recent to one another) but you can't go from FCP to FCE as you found out.
