Color FC2 conform workflow
So if anybody already has it, can you explain the workflow. So I did an edit in FCP 6 and send it to color, where after correcting I send it back to FCP6, it is easy and well done, but what happens if I do a change in edit in the original edit, maybe add a new shot or a title or anything else, so how can I go back to color and reconform the edit there without loosing the color grade that I have done?
Thanks for help |

Select the sequence in FCP and export a XML File. Then Go to Color and recomfirm it there and select the XML file. You should have every thing in you color now.

Aaron, thank you for replying, but well, I assumed I should use xlm, and so I did, but can you please describe in more details what I need to do. Because when I import xml in color the new edit is imported but my color grading information is lost, can you write a step by step workflow?
Thanks, hope this is not too much trouble. |
