Apple certification

I've been working my way through some Final Cut Pro books over the last couple of months, and I finally think I'm getting the hang of it. The thing is, the books are geared towards getting you to pass these Apple courses. I reckon I could rinse the first level, and within a couple of weeks, the second level too. I've already got the third level book lined up and waiting. So: these books have been really helpful and everything, but is it worth going that bit extra and paying for these exams? Do employers take them seriously?

Thanks for any advice.

i would wait until the tests come out for FCS2. You could take the FCP test for todays studio, but would have to respend the money to be certified for FCP 6.
