Best Photo Animation Tool?

Hey folks. I've got a doc with more photos than video, and I'm wodering what the best way to animate them with pans and zooms is. I've been doing it directly in FCP but I'm finding it a bit clunky. Not much in terms of ease in and out tools. What's better out there? Thanks.

Hmmmm i'm not sure, that looks a little clunkly too.

If you've got access to Motion, then i'd say you'd find your best bet is in there. You can import photoshop format files directly in.
