Compressor Help! Stairstepping Interlace lines

Okay here's my problem. I've never really used Compressor in the past to convert my timeline to a DVD compatible mpeg2. I'm editing a project shot in 24p standard from the original DVX100 on a 29.97 timeline. Simple enough right?

Every time I try to export I get either horrible interlace lines of stair stepping. (especially on lettering) I was curious as to what compressor settings people have used for this type of scenario?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
