FCP on MacBook Pro with MBox2 HELP!!!
when i use fcp with the laptop speakers all is fine. as soon as i use the mbox2 for the audio i get problems. well, one problem really. after a short amount of time, say 5-10 minutes i get the spinning rainbow beachball thing. now, while this is very pretty it means that the only way out of it is a restart and i lose any unsaved work.
the mbox works fine with other apps such as logic. please help. not much hair left to tear out. |

Hi Ray,
I've never used an MBox myself, but a mate of mine had some problems that were cured with a firmware update. If that doesn't help, you could try kicking the cat rather than pulling your hair out. |

firmware up to date. cat too quick.
anyone? is there a problem running a usb device while running a firewire device on a macbook pro? |
