a1 export 24f in quicktime

Made my first test movie in 24f kodak preset
looks like film!!
trying to share with friends over the internet
anyone have any workwflows to export the movie in finaal cut pro to a quicktime movie? I have tried the preset export settings to make a self contained quick time movie and lost the amorphic dimensions
just wondering the best way?

Use Compressor and select Quicktime 7 h.264 for download or streaming (depending on which you're able to do). Then let us have a look, too! Oh, and in options using compressor, be sure to select 16x9.
