Can you export 16:9 to 4:3 WITH the black bars?

I have a project created in FCP in 16:9 that I would like to export to 4:3 WITH the black (letterbox) bars in place. Has anyone ever done this? Any advice?

Thanks
Robert

Actually, it's trivial. Just create a new 4:3 sequence (make sure the anamorphic box is not checked in the sequence settings) and drop your existing 16:9 sequence into it. FCP will automatically letterbox it. It will have to be rendered however.

Hadn't thought of that workaround. Thanks Boyd!
