compressor-setting up a cluster

I have gone through the steps with setting up compressor in the Quick set up guide and have bothe cpmputers on the same network. Problem is I can't seem to see one from the other in Compressor. I have tried it with and without mounting one drive on the other over the network. Does anyone have their machines set up like this and can aid in the set up ? One thing to mention : If I click on the Batch window and go to the File menu the "Mount Cluster STorage" it is greyed out. In addition the "Cluster" pull down has "none available" as the only choice.

If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.

regards.

Jeff,

I can't tell from your post, so I have to ask. Do you have Compressor installed on both machines? That's the only thing I can think of. I only have one Mac so I can't try it out.
