Capture Issue... Won't capture begining of clip
Hello, I'm have troubling capturing some footage. I'm able to capture, however, the first, I'd say... 4 seconds of each clip is dropping out. How do I correct this problem? If you guys could solve this problem, that'd be great. I have a few projects I'm running outta time on. Thanks so much. By the way, the footage I shot is 720p, 30p... Hopefully this is just a minor problem and I can continue with my workflow.

Hi Douglas
Did you allow for preroll when you logged the clips before capture? If not, that is probably where your missing media has gone. You can reduce the preroll time (in your Audio Video Settings --> Device Control Presets) but that preroll time is there to allow time to lock onto the timecode on the source so as to provide frame accurate control. If you don't need the timecode then you could capyure accros the timecode breaks (warn after capture) or use Capture Now, but be aware that this could cause isues later if you ever need to recapture based on source timecode.
