Got laptop + 1gig RAM; need 1 gig more. Suggestions?
I have a 15", 1.25 ghz Mac PowerBook with 1 gig of RAM.
I'm trying to fit the pieces to work with HD and I've heard I'll need at least 2 gigs of RAM. Any suggestions. thanks, elmer |

Buy bigger RAMs. (get used to the fact that you often have to chuck away the ram in a laptop to put higher capacity chips in. That's just the way the game works.)
RAM Type: PC2700 DDR SDRAM Min. RAM Speed: 333 MHz Details: Supports two 200-pin PC2700 DDR SDRAM memory modules. Go to http://www.crucial.com/ and they have a great memory finder for all computers. |
