defenitive guide to transferring raw DV to and from a mac to a PC

Does anyone know the best method, compressor, format etc to use when moving a chunk of DV footage from a PC (using adobe premier pro 2.0) to a Mac (using final cut) while preserving the quality as much as possible, hopefully in a lossless way?

Even a link to an article on this, if such an article exists, would be extrmely helpful. Thanks!!!

Use Quicktime Pro to convert Premiere's AVI files to .dv

(There's no loss in quality - all it is doing is stripping away the AVI information and leaving the raw DIF data used for DV).
