Problem with audio when editing to tape in FCP
I am editing a sequence to tape with 8 audio tracks but after the 1rst minute, there is a problem with the audio: the clips are played in a random order then nothing ! The sequence I am outputing has another sequence nested in it. This is not the 1rst time this happens
I trashed the prefs and the render folder, but it did not help. Everytime the problem happens at the very time timecode. Any idea ? |

Try doing a Sequence - Mixdown Audio before you go to tape. I've heard that doing a mixdown will correct some of the those problems. Hope that helps.

OK thanks, it worked. I thought I already rendered the audio, but the mixdown did the trick ;)
