Final cut pro studio academic version drawbacks?
I am trying to deside on what version to get, academic or retail. A employee at the Apple store said that the academic version can't be used for making money in any way. But I have also heard there are no limitations, except that you have to be a student to buy it, obviously. It is quit a big difference in price and I deffinatly want to get the academic version, but if I ever want to turn a profit somehow with anything I make, I don't want to have to go and buy the retail version, since they don't upgrade it anymore.

Here is something I found that is very cool for students interested in Adobe software. Turns out Adobe will let you use thier education discounts for commercial use! Here is the link:
