Trying to achieve a cartoon effect
Hi, this question may sound slightly stupid or even confusing. But would it be possible to render a video file into a cartoonish effect using a special plugin if available, so it would look like the cutout filter effect in photoshop?
I've heard this is possible if you export the video via picture, so you have 36 i think (or how many ever frames per second) pictures per second and then reimport them? has anyone tried this? any suggestions if this is possible using final cut or any other program? Thanks for taking the time to read my post Ismail

Sounds like a job for MSU Cartoonizer (free Virtualdub plug-in). Aren't you glad you asked?
