Duplicating Clips

Hey there,

I am in the process of cutting an interview right now. I use Final Cut Express for the time being.

My problem is that I recorded the 30 seconds of room tone that I was supposed to but I wonder how I duplicate it and loop it for the duration of the interviews?

Thanks for any help,

Just copy and paste the clip or edit it into the timeline multiple times. You can re-use clips as many times as you like. You can either run an ambient track underneath the entire timeline or cut in pieces of the ambient sound in between clips as needed. I usually use the latter method.
