Rotoscope

I just finished shooing a short film, that clocks into about 10 minutes long.

Im looking to rotoscope the entire short to look "animated" ie. Wakeinglife. Im just not sure ware to start.

Any sugestions?

I know richard linkatter used his own software for Wakeing Life... its not exactly the looking im going for. but i am looking for a more sureal watercolor look... any sugestions?
