divx conversion?
Hi,
how do you convert a divx (X.avi) movie for final cut pro? I tried to put the movie in the timeline but obviously the format isn't supported. Do I have to convert it first with another program or does final cut have a solution? Best/ Nima. |

Try divx doctor. It converts divx avi to quicktime.
I'm not sure where to find it, but do a google search.

Search google for quicktime divx codecs and you should just be able to open the avi in QT and then export it to whatever format you want.
