Rendering

Hey guys, i'm still a bit rusty in using the correct settings in FCP HD. I had recently formatted my computer for the upcoming year and my settings are off. I'm capturing DV from my canon xl2 into FCP HD i don't know what type of settings i should have my Sequence set to. Because once I capture it, any tiny change in my timeline causes me to render everything to see it. What am i doing wrong. Thanks for replying everyone!

Mike

your sequence should be set to DV NTSC or DV NTSC anamorphic if shooting 16:9.
