2.5 quad vs 2.0 dual, big difference?

Will there be a huge performace difference between a 2.5 quad and a 2.0 dual, both with 4gb of ram while using FCP, After Effects, or Shake? i would really like to save some money, if the performance isnt significantly better on the quad.

thanks but ive seen that review it doesnt help me, like i said, id mainly be using it for editing and after effects and with the iMovie HD benchmark, the 3 second differential doesn't seem to warrent the extra grand I'd have to spend in getting the quad. is this true, or is their other factors i should consider?
