3D text with video on face...how do I do that?
I have multiple programs which can create 3D text. The effect I'm trying to accomplish is text with a video clip playing on the face of the 3D text. I've seen it done but have no idea how or in what program I would need to achieve this effect.
Any ideas? Thanks

Depends
If you create your 3d text with a 100% white face it is a simple matter to use the luma key in final cut and then slip your video tracks in beneath it. Use the luma key instead of a chroma key because DV carries more information on that channel. Good Luck, Jason.
