Transitions
Hello guys,
Rather new here, as I am also to editing. Have my Gs400 incoming, and editing on a Powerbook 17" with FCS. I have a project that I would like to do, which will be all Jpegs. I am going to do a slideshow of sorts, timed to a fast piece of music, mapping the photos. My question is this: since the music is fast, I want to do a lot of "cuts" with a special effect betwen them. Kind of like a white flash, camera flash, or perhpas explained as a white burst. Something fast and dramatic. I haven't been able to find something like this in the transitions. Does it exist? How can I accomplish this effect. I appreciate everyones expertise, thanks in advance. |

The only thing close in FCP is to make a 6 frame dip to white using the dip to color transition.
Otherwise you'll need to use a 3rd party plugin. I use a free set from http://www.kafwang.com/eureka/EurekaMain.html Try the "Vapor Across".
