DVCPRO HD 25p on FCP, with on 24p codec

Gday,

Ive got a mate who's cutting something at a post house and the project is 25p dvcpro hd. Hes only got 24p or 30p option in FCP. He has aksed me to pool my resources and find out how he would get 25p.
I suggested downloading the codec from the FCP website, or maybe its with Panasonic.

Any ideas?

Cheers

For anyone who is intersted. It turns out that the varicam is a native NTSC format, hence the 30p or 24p. My friend said it was a "pain in the ass to work with", i think they ended up dubbing it down to digibeta, and working with it from there as the end project was sd.
Not sure why they couldnt use 24p and then transfer to 25p.

Cheers,
