Quality over quantity

Hello everyone! I have a 90 minute Dvd to burn using FCP 3. What is the best way in doing it without loosing quality? Any suggestions. Thanks!

Just export your video as a Quicktime Movie with your current settings, not Quicktime conversion and then use an encoding app to convert it to mpeg-2.
http://larryjordan.biz/articles/lj_dvd_export.html see if this helps you out.
